Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. The service

goonlab ("the Service", "we", "us") is an automated video generation platform. You submit a text prompt; the Service produces a video and delivers it to your account library. These terms are a contract between you and the operator of the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm both.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Tokens

Generation is paid for with tokens purchased in packs. Tokens are a prepaid service credit: they are not money, are non-transferable, carry no cash value, and can only be spent inside the Service.

If a generation fails on our side, for example a machine fault, a network fault, or an answer from the AI model that could not be read, every token it used is returned to your balance automatically. When the AI model refuses to write what was requested, the generation stops and the tokens used up to that point are kept. Sending requests the AI model refuses again and again is grounds for closing your account. Refunds of token packs are described in our Refund Policy.

5. Content

You are responsible for the prompts you submit. You may not use the Service to create content that is illegal, that depicts real identifiable persons without their consent, or that involves minors in any context.

Published videos enter the public catalog and must follow the content rules our payment partners require of us. A video you publish must contain none of the following:

Publishing a video that breaks any rule above gets your account banned — immediately and permanently. Any tokens remaining on the account are forfeited and will not be refunded.

We may remove content and terminate accounts that break these rules.

6. Your library and publishing

Generated videos are private to your account by default. If you choose to publish a video to the public catalog, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it there until you unpublish it or delete your account.

7. Acceptable use

No scraping, no automated account creation, no attempts to disrupt or reverse the Service, no resale of Service access.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". Generated output is produced by automated systems and we do not guarantee any particular quality, accuracy, or fitness for a purpose. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
